At The Coeur d'Alene Window Company, we do not sell directly to consumers.  As a result many of our reviews - positive or negative are a reflection of a combination of relationships between builders, eventual homeowners, home improvement contractors, lumber yards, etc.

We strive to take care of our end users at all times.  If at anytime, you feel you have an issue that needs addressing, contact our warranty or customer service departments.  If you ever feel we aren't performing to a high standard, let us know and we will immediately elevate your issue - we are a very flat organization.
