Proper installation is at least as important as window quality for the long term and proper operation of vinyl windows and doors. Faulty or improper installation is the number one reason for warranty service rejection.
The Coeur d'Alene Window Company recommends that our windows be installed by professionals, preferably certified professionals who understand vinyl window and door installation.
FGIA (AAMA - Installation Masters), OSI, and The American Window & Door Institute offer certification for installation.
If your company would like installation training, Coeur d'Alene has AAMA Installation Masters certified installers, OSI Certified Installers and AWDI certified installers on staff to provide guidance.
